Our retail business operates on-board tax- and duty-free outlets on a number of cruise ships whose itineraries take them, literally, all over the world.

Our cruise line partners include Cunard, P&O, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean and Cunard fllets, some of which boast up to eighteen separate on board shops operated by up to thirty staff. Seabourn and Fred Olsen amongst others and in total we operate on some 32 separate vessels.

We offer our passengers a wide range of products, carefully selected by our team of buyers. Ranging from the everyday necessities to exciting souvenirs, and from traditional Duty Free Liquor and Tobacco to the glamourous products associated with luxury cruising. Whether our ships are in Valparaiso or Venice, we aim to keep our ships interesting and well stocked 52 weeks of the year. (Our task is to present to the passengers a wide range of products, from everyday necessities to once-in-a-lifetime gifts - and to keep the shops interesting and well-stocked 52 weeks a year, wherever they may be!)

Our operations take in small ships with only one small outlet on board, manned by a single manager, and range from there to much larger ships, such as those within the P&O, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean and Cunard fllets, some of which boast up to eighteen separate on board shops operated by up to thirty staff.

The shops carry a varied and extensive array of merchandise, often allied to the specific itinerary of the ship concerned and designed wherever possible to appeal to its typical customer profile.

All our shops stock everyday necessities like shampoos, headache tablets, films, batteries, confectionery and other products for our passengers' convenience.

Clothing

Our clothing department offers a wide range of merchandise, both formal and casual. Carefully designed leisure collections reflecting the cruise line's brand or the individual ship can be found in our fashion department, with specialist formal wear for both men and women also available on board.

Giftware

Our shops offer a wide choice of gift merchandise, with personalised souvenirs, maritime memorabilia, glassware, china and photo frames all available to our passengers.

We offer the latest bestsellers in our shops for on-board reading.

Fine jewellery

Our specialist jewellery departments are universally recognised as being both innovative and of excellent value. Normally we carry a selection of 9ct and 18 ct gold necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings, with silver collections also on offer. We may also stock loose diamonds, and carefully selected pieces in other precious stones.

Costume Jewellery

Our costume jewellery ranges are selected to offer fashionable, high-quality merchandise at excellent prices.

Watches

Our watch department offers a range of well known brands, including such names as Citizen, Fossil, Raymond Weil and Seiko.

Perfumes

Our fragrance range includes world famous fragrance brands such as Chanel, Calvin Klein, Christian Dior, Estee Lauder, and Issey Miyake. We pride ourselves on having the newest and most innovative products available for our passengers. Our cosmetics are colourful and exciting, with our skin care ranges being carefully selected to provide relevant product for each type of passenger.

Liquor and Tobacco

Dependant on where the vessel is travelling to, we are able to offer a wide selection of the world's most popular whiskies, gins, vodkas and other premium liquor in addition to best selling brands of cigarettes and cigars.
